Delete your account

• Your account: your email address and the ways you sign in (Microsoft/Xbox, Discord, Google, email).
• Your profile: name, Minecraft username and head, badges and settings.
• Your cloud packs, with all their textures, sounds and icons. Friends who were in a pack you own lose it too (they get a message saying it was deleted).
• Your pack pages (hosted packs), their files and pictures, and their views, downloads, likes, votes and comments.
• Your chat messages in friends' packs, invites you sent, and your place in their packs.
• Friends, blocked players, friend requests and notifications.
• Your comments, likes, favourites, collections and followed players on the skins pages.
• Emeralds, your villager's unlocks and your player page's decorations and privacy settings.
• The roles our Discord bot gave you for linking your account.

• Records of past payments, which tax law makes us keep. They no longer point to any account.
• Reports you sent about a page, and Discord support tickets you opened: they stay for moderation, unlinked from you.
• Pixels you drew in a friend's pack stay part of their pack.
• Counts that never had a name on them, like how many times a skin was viewed.

Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. Packs that were only ever saved on your own device (not to your account) stay on that device until you clear this site's data in your browser.

Deleting your account stops a plan you bought on createtextures.com straight away, so you are never charged again. A plan bought in the Microsoft Store is billed by Microsoft: stop it in your Microsoft account's subscriptions as well.

Email business@createtextures.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done. More about your data is in our Privacy Policy.
