Refunds and cancellations are covered in the refund policy, and a subscription can be cancelled yourself from your account settings at any time.
Privacy requests — a copy of your data, or deletion of it — are described in the privacy policy. Email is the right route for those, so the request is on record.
A pack that will not load in game is nearly always a pack format or edition mismatch. The common questions cover the usual causes, including the purple-and-black checkerboard.
